Select Omnissa Services for Microsoft Entra ID

After completing the Integrate a SCIM 2.0-Based Identity Provider step of the Omnissa Identity Service Getting Started wizard, select the Omnissa services that you want to integrate with Microsoft Entra ID through Omnissa Identity Service. Omnissa Identity Service supports Omnissa Access, Workspace ONE UEM, and Horizon Cloud.

Caution: After you select a service and save your selection, you cannot deselect it without calling Support. Select the services after careful consideration. When you select a service, directory integration for that service will be managed by Omnissa Identity Service. You will not be able to configure directories directly in the service.

Procedure

1. In the Omnissa Identity Service Getting Started wizard, click Start in step 3, Select Omnissa Services.

   

2. Select the services.
   Only the services that meet the requirements for Omnissa Identity Service appear on the page.

   

   • To select Omnissa Access or Workspace ONE UEM, select the check box on the tile.

   • To select Horizon Cloud, you must select the service in Omnissa Identity Service and set up Omnissa Identity Service as the identity provider in the Horizon Cloud console.

     1. Click Integrate on the Horizon tile.
     2. Copy the URL from the pop-up window that appears.
     3. Go to the Horizon Cloud console in a new tab in the same browser window.
     4. Navigate to Integrations > Identity & Access > Identity Provider and select Omnissa Identity Service as the identity provider.
        Important: See the Horizon Cloud documentation for requirements and information on configuring an identity provider.
     5. Paste the URL into the Tenant URL text box.
     6. Follow the Horizon Cloud documentation to complete the identity provider configuration in the Horizon Cloud console.

     Note: To verify that the integration is complete, view the status on the Horizon console. In Omnissa Identity Service, in the Select Omnissa Services page, the Horizon tile does not reflect the integration status and continues to display the Integrate button.

3. Click Save.
   Caution: After you select a service and save your selection in Omnissa Identity Service, you cannot deselect it. You must contact Support to make any changes.

When you provision users and groups from the third-party identity provider, they will appear in the services that you selected.
