Verify that users and groups are successfully provisioned to Omnissa. Check to see that the users appear in Omnissa Identity Service and in Omnissa services, and verify that they can log in successfully.

Prerequisites
Make sure that users have been provisioned from the identity provider. Either wait for the next provisioning time or provision a few test users on demand.
Procedure

Verify that users, groups, and group memberships are provisioned successfully to Omnissa Identity Service.

Navigate to Omnissa Identity Service.
- Cloud: Log in to the Omnissa Connect console, select Identity Management > End User Management from the left pane, then click Launch End User Management.
- On premises: Log in to the Omnissa Access console, select Integrations > Identity Service, then click Configure SCIM Provisioning.
Omnissa Identity Service opens in a new tab in the browser.

Click View on the directory card.

Select the Users tab.

Verify that the users you provisioned appear in the list of users.

Select the Groups tab and verify that the groups you provisioned appear in the list of groups.

Expand the groups and verify the group memberships.

Verify that the users and groups appear in the Omnissa services you associated with Omnissa Identity Service, such as Omnissa Access or Workspace ONE UEM.

To verify users and groups in Omnissa Access:

In the Omnissa Connect console, click Launch on the Access card.

In the Omnissa Access console, select Integrations > Directories and verify that the directory you created in the Omnissa Identity Service wizard appears in the list of directories.
The directory is of type Provisioned.

Select Accounts > Users and verify that the provisioned users appear in the list.

Select Accounts > User Groups and verify that the provisioned groups appear in the list.
The users, user groups, user attributes, and directory pages are read-only in Omnissa Access tenants for which user provisioning is managed by Omnissa Identity Service.

To verify users and groups in Workspace ONE UEM:
- In the Omnissa Connect console, click Launch on the UEM card.
- In the Workspace ONE UEM console, navigate to Groups & Settings > All Settings > System > Enterprise Integration > Directory Services to view the provisioned directory.
- In the Workspace ONE UEM console, select Accounts > Users > List View and verify that the provisioned users appear in the list.
- Select Accounts > User Groups > List View and verify that the provisioned groups appear in the list.
The users, groups, and directory pages are read-only in Workspace ONE UEM tenants for which user provisioning is managed by Omnissa Identity Service.

Verify that provisioned users can log in successfully to the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app or portal and access the applications assigned to them.

Go to the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app or portal.

Enter the user login and password.

Verify that the login is successful.

Verify that you can view and launch any applications assigned to the user.

Verify that provisioned users can enroll their devices.

On the user's device, download the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app from the app store or from https://getwsone.com.

Install the app and start the enrollment.

Verify that the user is redirected to the identity provider integrated with Omnissa Identity Service for authentication and can successfully log in and enroll their device.
