View IPC Devices

With Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM release v9.2, you can view your IPC devices in the UEM console. Certain features like creating profiles, pushing files, and configuring settings are currently not supported.

You can use the InfineaIQ portal for enrolling your IPC device. After enrollment, you can view the device information from List View.

To view IPC devices in UEM console:

1. Navigate to Devices > Peripherals > List View. The Peripheral List View page displays your enrolled IPC devices.
2. Select IPC device friendly name. You can view detailed information about the selected IPC device.

Delete Enrolled Devices

You can delete enrolled IPC devices from the List View.

To delete an IPC device:

1. Navigate to Devices > Peripherals > List View and select the check box corresponding to the device. You can select multiple check boxes to bulk delete multiple devices.
2. Select Delete Device to delete your IPC device. Deleting your IPC device from UEM console does not remove it from the InfineaIQ portal.
