You can configure XR Hub to show your users specific content on startup. XR Hub supports customizing the loading screen logo, launching a web page on startup, displaying a custom logo in the XR Hub application window, and showing a custom tutorial video on first use and at login.
Display a Custom Logo while XR Hub loads
You can configure Omnissa Workspace ONE XR Hub to display a logo (after the splashscreen) to users while XR Hub loads. The logo will appear above the spinning loading icon while XR Hub loads. This is an optional setting.

In the Workspace ONE UEM console, move to the organization group (OG) that manages your headsets.

Navigate to Resources > Apps > Native then select the Internal tab.

Select the current version number of XR Hub (for example "23.4.0.0") in the UEM Version column. The App Details View displays.

Select the Assign button at the top right of the Details View to launch the assignment window.

Select the Assignment Name to edit the XR Hub configuration for that assignment.

Select the Application Configuration tab. Enable the Send Configuration slider to edit the XR Hub settings.

Scroll to Loading Screen Custom Logo URL
- Enter the URL (
https://orfile://) for the logo you wish to have displayed. - If using file:// make sure the logo is pushed to the device using UEM Product Provisioning.

Display a Web Page at XR Hub Startup
You can configure Omnissa Workspace ONE XR Hub to display a web page to users when they launch or restart their headsets. This is an optional setting.

In the Workspace ONE UEM console, move to the organization group (OG) that manages your headsets.

Navigate to Resources > Apps > Native then select the Internal tab.

Scroll to Intro Web Page URL
- Enter the URL for the web page you wish to display.

Cache Username in XR Hub Login
You can configure Omnissa Workspace ONE XR Hub to cache a user's username in the XR Hub login UI. This can be useful when single sign-on is not configured and a user must login each time they access XR Hub.
When this option is enabled, a Remember Me checkbox appears on the login page. If the checkbox is selected by the user, their username pre-populates in the login window. The cached username clears when the user logs out or the device is checked in.
This can be configued using the XR Hub application configuration item Login Username Cache.

- None: Does not display Remember Me option.
- All Devices: Displays Remember Me option on any device with this application configuration.
- Dedicated Devices Only: Displays Remember Me option on only dedicated devices (not shared devices).
- Shared Devices Only: Displays Remember Me option on only shared checked out devices.

Display a Custom Logo in the XR Hub Application Window
You can configure Omnissa Workspace ONE XR Hub to display a custom logo in the top bar of the XR Hub Application Window. This is an optional setting, if not configured, XR Hub will attempt to use any branding configured using Workspace ONE Access.

Deploy Custom Tutorial Video at VR Device Startup
Omnissa Workspace ONE® XR Hub™ lets you deploy a custom tutorial or welcome video to be played at first use of the VR headset or at the login screen. This feature is supported for all headsets.
The tutorial videos must have the following attributes.
- 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Cannot exceed 200MB in size.
- MP4 format.
- Accepted filename: Tutorial.mp4
There are two methods for deploying a tutorial video. Both are configured in the XR Hub app configuration.
- Configuring a tutorial video deployed to the device (recommended)
- Tutorial Video URL setting uses the local
file://naming format - Deployed to devices using Workspace ONE UEM Product Provisioning. Note: In Workspace ONE UEM, the words product and product provisioning are used to describe a related set of files/actions/rules configured to be sent to the device.
- Tutorial Video URL setting uses the local
- Configuring a tutorial video downloaded from a URL
- Tutorial Video URL setting uses the internet
https://naming format - Downloaded to devices from an internet-accessible URL hosted by your company.
- Tutorial Video URL setting uses the internet
Note: Both methods require configuring the Tutorial Video URL setting in the XR Hub app configuration.
Configure Video Tutorial Deployment

In the Workspace ONE UEM console, move to the organization group (OG) that manages your VR headsets.

Navigate to Devices > Provisioning > Components > Files/Actions.
a. Select the ADD FILES/ACTIONS button at the top of the page and Select Android.
b. Configure the General tab
Setting Value Name Descriptive name of the video tutorial being sent to the device. Description Optional description of the file being sent to the device. Managed By Prepopulated with the correct OG. c. Move to the Files tab
- Select ADD FILES.
- Select Choose Files and browse for the "Tutorial.mp4" video file that you have created.
- Specify the download path such as
/storage/emulated/0/ws1/tutorial/and click Save. Note: If the path entered does not exist on the device, the installation creates the folder structure.

In the Workspace ONE UEM console, navigate to Devices > Provisioning > Product List View.
a. Select the ADD PRODUCT button at the top of the page and select Android.
b. Configure the General tab
Setting Value Name This is the name of the product, not the MP4 file. Enter "Tutorial Video" or something similar. Description Optional description. Managed By Prepopulated with the correct OG. Smart Groups Enter the Smart Group(s) the product is applied to. c. Move to the Manifest tab and select the +ADD button and configure the manifest with the following settings.
Setting Value Actions(s) to Perform "File/Action - Install" Files/Actions Select the File/Action created for the tutorial. e. Select Save to save the product.
f. Select Activate to give the product an active status.
Configure XR Hub Settings for Video Tutorial

From the Application listing, locate and select the current version number of XR Hub (for example "23.4.0.0") in the UEM Version column. The App Details View displays.

Select the Assign button at the top right of the Details View to launch the assignment window.

Move to the Application Configuration tab. If not already enabled, select the Send Configuration slider to edit the XR Hub settings.

Scroll to Tutorial Video URL
