Installing the Extension

Before you install and configure Workspace ONE Browser Plugin, confirm that your environment meets the following requirements.

Prerequisites

• You have administrator access to Omnissa Access Console and super administrator access to Hub Services Console.
• You have enabled the feature flag ITSM_CONNECTOR_BROWSER_PLUGIN_TOGGLE on the Hub Services tenant.
• Your Hub Services environment is accessible over HTTPS. The extension requires HTTPS for secure cookie handling. HTTP URLs are not supported.
• You are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based).

Installation

You can install Workspace ONE Browser Plugin from the Chrome Web Store or the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store.

To install from the Chrome Web Store:

1. Open the Chrome Web Store listing for Workspace ONE Browser Plugin.
2. Install the Workspace ONE Browser Plugin extension.

To install from the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store:

1. Open the Microsoft Edge Add-ons listing for Workspace ONE Browser Plugin.
2. Install the Workspace ONE Browser Plugin extension.
