You can upgrade your existing Omnissa Access virtual appliance to version 24.12.x to get the latest features, security updates, and resolved issues.
Note: The latest available version is 24.12.1.0. This documentation applies to all 24.12.x versions.
Supported Upgrade Paths
You can upgrade to Omnissa Access 24.12.1.0 from the following versions:
- 24.12.0.0
- 24.07
You can upgrade to Omnissa Access 24.12.0.0 from the following version:
- 24.07
Important:
- Omnissa Access 24.12.x does not support fresh installations.
- For upgrade to version 24.12.x, only the offline upgrade method is supported.

Internet Connectivity
You download the Omnissa Access appliance upgrade package from Omnissa Customer Connect to perform the offline upgrade to version 24.12.x.
Upgrade Process Options

For your existing deployment, if you deployed a single Omnissa Access appliance, upgrade it offline as described in Upgrading Omnissa Access Offline.
Note: Expect some downtime because all services are stopped during the upgrade. Plan the timing of your upgrade accordingly.
