The following personas interact with Workspace ONE Browser Plugin:

| ITSM Service Desk Associate | Works on tickets in the ITSM tool. Opens the extension, logs in, and uses available device actions. Does not log in to Hub directly—Hub acts as the authorization engine. |
| Super Admin | Admins cannot control the availability of device actions on a per-user basis. |
| Hub Admin | Manages Hub administration. May also serve as the ITSM Browser Plugin Admin. |
