Ignore Safeguard Settings to Complete Syncing to Omnissa Access Directory

When you receive notification that your Omnissa Access directory sync did not complete because of a safeguard violation, you can override the safeguard setting and complete the sync.

Procedure

1. In the Omnissa Access console, select Integrations > Directories.

2. Click the directory that did not complete the sync.

3. From the Sync drop-down menu, select Sync without Safeguards.

Results

The directory sync runs and the safeguard threshold settings are ignored for this sync session only.
