Configure the sync safeguard threshold settings to limit the number of changes that can be made to users and groups when the Omnissa Access directory syncs with your enterprise directory. If any directory safeguard threshold is met, the directory synchronization stops.
Note: If you do not want to use the sync safeguards feature, delete the values from the drop-down menu. When the sync safeguard threshold text boxes are empty, sync safeguards are not activated.
Procedure

In the Omnissa Access console, select Integrations > Directories.

Select the directory for which to set safeguards, then click Sync Settings.

Click the Safeguards tab.

Set the percentage of changes to trigger the sync to fail.

Click Save.
