Pull Service Installer Settings

As an admin, you can configure the Pull Service Installers for in product provisioning. The Pull Service Installers setting page contains links to the pull service installers that you can download and run to monitor new products, profiles, files, actions, and applications provisioned to devices under the pull relay servers purview.

What can you do with the Pull Service Installer settings page?

The path to the settings page on the UEM console is Groups & Settings > All Settings > System > Enterprise Integration > Pull Service Installer.

Pull service-based relay servers periodically contact the Workspace ONE UEM to monitor for new products, profiles, files, actions, and applications provisioned to devices under the pull relay servers purview. GenerateGenerate an installer certificate to establish a communication between the Workspace ONE UEM console and the pull service client. Note: Generating new certificates requires you to rerun the installer.
Download ConfigurationYou can download the pull service configuration.
RegenerateYou can regenerate an installer certificate to establish a communication between the Workspace ONE UEM console and the pull service client. Note: Regenerating the certificate after the pull service is running breaks the communication between the Workspace ONE UEM console and the pull service client. If you must regenerate the certificate, then you must rerun the pull service installer.

Certificate PasswordEnter the certificate password to download the configuration.
Confirm PasswordRe-enter the password to confirm the password and download the configuration.
