The following Omnissa Access appliance upgrade paths to version 24.07.0.0 are supported.

Important Omnissa Access 24.07.0.0 does not support fresh installations. To upgrade to version 24.07.0.0, you must perform an offline upgrade.
Additionally, legacy connectors (version 19.03.0.1 and earlier) are not compatible with Omnissa Access virtual appliance version 24.07.0.0. You must migrate legacy connectors to 23.09.0.0 (or an earlier compatible version of the enterprise connector) before upgrading your Omnissa Access virtual appliances to 24.07.0.0.
Product Version Number
When the upgrade is complete, the new version of Omnissa Access is 24.07.0.0.

Internet Connectivity
You download the Omnissa Access appliance upgrade package from Omnissa Customer Connect to perform the offline upgrade to version 24.07.0.0.
Note: You must use the offline upgrade path to move to Omnissa Access 24.07.0.0 as the online upgrade method is not supported to upgrade to this version.

For your existing deployment, if you deployed a single Omnissa Access appliance, upgrade it offline as described in Upgrading Omnissa Access Offline.
Note: Expect some downtime because all services are stopped during the upgrade. Plan the timing of your upgrade accordingly.
