The allowed user access location determines the network locations from which entitled users can access a desktop pool. You can set this location for one or more desktop pools at a time.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Internal Access | Allows access only over a corporate network. |
| External Access | Allows access only over the internet through UAG. |
| Internal and External Access | Allows access over a corporate network or the internet through UAG. |
You can also set this option for an individual pool when you create the pool. See Amazon WorkSpaces Core - Worksheet for Creating an Automated Full-Clone Desktop Pool.

Procedure
-
In Horizon Console, select Inventory > Desktops.
-
Select one or more desktop pools.
-
Click Allowed User Access Location and select Internal Access, External Access, or Internal and External Access.
