Alibaba Cloud VMware Service (ACVS) is a VMware SDDC infrastructure-as-a-service on Alibaba Cloud where you can deploy Horizon 8 desktops and applications.
You must select AWS as the location when installing the Omnissa Horizon Connection Server in ACVS. You must also select AWS as a deployment type during a silent installation of Horizon Connection Server. When adding vCenter configuration to Horizon, you must select AWS as a deployment type. Horizon will automatically operate in a mode that is compatible with the Alibaba Cloud VMware Service cloud admin privileges.
