Important Notice: Online Upgrade is not available for Omnissa Access 23.09.0.0.
You cannot upgrade to Omnissa Access 23.09.0.0 using the online upgrade method and you cannot perform a fresh install of Omnissa Access 23.09.0.0.
Instead, you must perform an offline upgrade to Omnissa Access 23.09.0.0. In the offline upgrade, you download two update zip files and run the update-with-zip.hzn command to install the 23.09.0.0 version. See Offline Upgrade of Omnissa Access to 23.09.
