You can use the support tool to set logging levels and generate log files for Horizon Connection Server.
The support tool collects logging data for Horizon Connection Server. This information helps Technical Support diagnose any issues that arise with Horizon Connection Server. The support tool is not intended to collect diagnostic information for Horizon Client or Horizon Agent. You must instead use the support script. See Collect Diagnostic Information for Horizon Agent, Horizon Client, or Horizon Connection Server from the Console.
Prerequisites
Log in to a standard or replica instance of the Horizon Connection Server as a user in the Administrators role.
Procedure

Select Start > All Programs > Set View Horizon Connection Server Log Levels.

In the Choice text box, type a numeric value to set the logging level and press Enter.
Option Description 0 Resets the logging level to the default value. 1 Selects a normal level of logging. 2 Selects a debug level of logging (default). 3 Selects full logging. The system starts recording log information with the level of detail that you have selected.

When you have collected enough information about the behavior of Horizon Connection Server, select Start > All Programs > Generate View Horizon Connection Server Log Bundle.
The support tool writes the log files to a folder called
vdm-sdcton the desktop of the Horizon Connection Server instance. -
File a support request on the Customer Connect portal and attach the output file.
