You can remove entitlements from a desktop or application pool to prevent specific users or groups from accessing a desktop or application.
Procedure

Select the desktop or application pool.
Option Action Add an entitlement for a desktop pool In Horizon Console, select Inventory > Desktops and click the name of the desktop pool. Add an entitlement for an application pool In Horizon Console, select Inventory > Applications and click the name of the application pool. -
Select Remove entitlement from the Entitlements drop-down menu.

Select the user or group whose entitlement you want to remove and click Remove.

Click OK to save your changes.
