If you want to create an account for a client that is based on its MAC address, you can use Horizon Client to discover the MAC address of the client device.
Prerequisites
Log in on the console of the client.
Procedure

To display the MAC address, type the appropriate command for your platform.
Option Action Windows Enter C:\Program Files (x86)\Horizon View Client\view.exe -printEnvironmentInfoThe client uses the default Connection Server instance that you configured for it. If you have not configured a default value, the client prompts you for the value. The command displays the IP address, MAC address, and machine name of the client device.Linux Enter view --printEnvironmentInfo -s connection_serverYou must specify the IP address or FQDN of the Connection Server instance that the client will use to connect to the desktop. The command displays the IP address, MAC address, machine name, domain, name and domain of any logged-on user, and time zone of the client device.
