You can view the global entitlements in a particular federation access group in Horizon Console.
Procedure

Log in to the Horizon Console user interface for any Connection Server instance in the pod federation.

Select Inventory > Global Entitlements.

From the Access Group drop-down menu, select the federation access group.
Only the global entitlements in the selected federation access group are displayed.
