Appendix: Multi-Tenancy Admin Console UI Reference

The navigation bar on the left side of the Multi-Tenancy Admin console describes the modules available in the console and the actions you can perform in each. Multi-Tenancy admins use this console to manage devices, policies, and administrators across all tenants in their organization.

ModuleDescription
DashboardThe landing module. Provides an overview of Devices, Risks, and Active issues across all tenants.
TenantsLists every tenant managed under the Multi-Tenancy Admin Console. Click a tenant to open its details page. The Device Policy Groups tab shows policy groups across your organization's tenants and lets you configure a tenant's default policy group or toggle policy group creation on or off for that tenant.
ProtectionsReview and set device policy group protection policies and configure Phishing and Content Protection.
IntegrationsConfigure Single Sign-On Identity Providers (configuration applied by Omnissa Support upon request. For more information, see Setting up SSO for Multi-Tenancy Administrators.
SystemReplaces the Navigation bar with the System bar. For more information, refer the System Modules below.
SupportOpens the Support Portal in a new browser tab. Note: Omnissa customers must not raise support requests with Lookout. Support requests must be raised with Omnissa Customer Support.

System Modules:

ModuleDescription
AccountDisplays your organization account information, including organization name and tenant GUID.
Manage AdminsLists all Multi-Tenancy Admin Console administrators. Add new administrators here or search by name or email. Note: If using SSO, manage SSO-based administrators through your IDP groups rather than this module.
Audit TrailReview the audit log for the Multi-Tenancy Admin Console, including sign-ins, tenant creation or modification, policy changes, and SSO configuration changes.

Searching and Filtering Lists

Modules in the Multi-Tenancy Admin Console support text search and filtering on available columns, plus ascending or descending sort on many columns.

You can filter these modules on the listed fields:

  • Tenants: Security Status, Device Policy Group
  • Audit Trail: Timeframe, Type

Exporting Tenant Data

Several modules include an Export List link in the top right. Export writes information to a .csv file and respects any active filters. You can export:

  • Tenants: Tenant name and legal name, primary contact email, emergency contact phone number, domain name, total/used license seats, tenant creation date, next billing date, tenant GUID, language, vendor, feedback email address, country code, and local data hosting settings.
  • Audit Trail: actor, event, details, time, event type, and target.
