Integrate Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense With Workspace ONE UEM

You can integrate your Workspace ONE Mobile Threat Defense with Workspace ONE UEM such that they work together to protect your mobile endpoints. There are two integration paths you can take, determined by the type of environment you are in.

Select your integration path.

1. Organization Group centric (On-premises environments) - As the admin of a Workspace ONE UEM on-premises environment, you can protect devices with Mobile Threat Defense by placing them all in the same organization group (OG). This OG provides the devices inside of it with the content they need to enable Mobile Threat Defense. This is also the option if you are applying dual enrollment for your Android devices.

2. Smart Group centric (SaaS / DSaaS environments) - SaaS and dedicated SaaS environments can use the new smart group approach to supply the targeted devices with MTD protections. It does not matter which OG the device is managed from, so long as they are included in the MTD smart group, then the device is protected with Mobile Threat Defense.
