Send Feedback

Horizon Console periodically displays a pop-up requesting feedback on features. You can choose to provide feedback or provide no feedback in the pop-up or configure Horizon Console to opt out of providing feedback. The Horizon 8 team uses the feedback you provide to improve the product.

Procedure

1. In the Horizon Console header, click the Send Feedback icon.

   If you are in a DMZ environment and are offline, when you click the Send Feedback icon, a pre-populated email window appears. You can use the template email to submit your feedback.

2. Click Next in the dialog box that appears.

   You can choose to opt out of sending feedback or review the Omnissa Privacy Notice available in the dialog box. If you choose to opt out of sending feedback, Horizon Console will not display any pop-ups requesting feedback.

3. Fill out the fields in the Send Feedback window and click Submit.
