The Omnissa Access log files can help you debug and troubleshoot. The log files that follow are a common starting point. Additional Omnissa Access service logs can be found in the logs directory. For Omnissa Access connector log-file information, see the Installing Omnissa Access Connector guide.

| Omnissa Access Service Logs | /opt/wss/horizon/workspace/logs/horizon.log | Information about activity on the service, such as entitlements, users, and groups. |
| Configurator Logs | /opt/wss/cfg/workspace/logs | Requests that the Configurator receives from the REST client and the web interface. |
| Update Logs | /opt/wss/var/log/update.log /opt/wss/var/log/vami | A record of output messages related to update requests during an upgrade of Omnissa Access. Linux. The files in the /opt/wss/var/log/vami directory are useful for troubleshooting. You can find these files on all virtual machines after an upgrade. |
| Apache Tomcat Logs | /opt/wss/horizon/workspace/logs/catalina.log | Apache Tomcat records of messages that are not recorded in other log files. |
