Set the Allowed User Access Location for Application Pools

The allowed user access location determines the network locations from which entitled users can access an application pool. You can set this location for one or more application pools at a time.

For a description of each setting, see Set the Allowed User Access Location for Desktop Pools.

Prerequisites

To allow external access, verify that Unified Access Gateway is deployed and configured in your environment.

Procedure

  1. In Horizon Console, select Inventory > Applications.

  2. Select one or more application pools.

  3. Click Allowed User Access Location and select Internal Access, External Access, or Internal and External Access.

Results

The allowed user access location is updated for each selected application pool. The change applies the next time an entitled user launches the application.
