End User Does not Receive the Application on the Windows Endpoint in Local Copy Mode

End user does not receive the application when logged into a Windows endpoint which is configured in the Local Copy package access mode.

Cause

Application package might not have been downloaded due to network connectivity.

Solution

• Ensure that the file share, where the packages are present, is accessible from the Windows endpoint.

• Ensure that the Windows Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) is running on the endpoint.
