Monitoring Tenant License Usage
The Partner Access Console provides a cross-tenant summary of license usage for all managed tenants plus a per-tenant detail page with self-service management options for each managed tenant.
Note: The Horizon Partner Admin Console is currently available in Limited Availability (LA) mode only.
To display the page, select Tenant License in the left pane navigation of the Partner Admin Console UI. Listed details include each tenant's name, Org ID, SIDs, Edges, total concurrent and named licenses, and peak concurrent and named usage.
You can filter the Tenant License page content by all managed tenant licenses or by a specific tenant license, as well as by the active month, last month, or last 3 months. Some listed elements such as Edges and peak usage are selectable to convey further data. License report data is maintained for 12 months.
You can generate and download a license and peak usage report for each tenant that you manage. From the Monitor > Downloads page, you can select Partner License Consumption to export report data in CSV format for all tenants as a summary view or detailed view.
