Tenant Management

Use the Horizon Partner Admin Console to configure user roles and manage tenant resources.

Note: The Horizon Partner Admin Console is currently available in Limited Availability (LA) mode only.

Tenant management is described in the following sections of the guide.

• Onboarding Tenant Organizations

  Use the Horizon Partner Admin Console to onboard a new or existing Horizon Cloud tenant organizations into your own partner organization.

• Adding Users and Assigning Roles

  Using the Partner Admin Console, add users and assign roles within your partner organization for managing tenant organizations.

• Accessing Tenant Universal Console

  Based on role and tenant assignments, you can access your tenant’s universal console to gain full access to all the monitoring and management capabilities available to each tenant.

• Releasing a Tenant from Partner Admin Console Management

  If needed, you can release a Horizon Cloud tenant organization from your Horizon Partner Admin Console relationship.
