Customize Omnissa Access Branding

You can change the appearance of the Omnissa Access browser address bar and the sign-on dialog box from the Omnissa Access console Settings > Branding page. You can add a company name, product name, and favicon to the address bar, and customize the user sign-in page to set background colors to match your company's colors and logo design.

You can change the appearance of the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app view on devices and the Hub portal view in web browsers from the Hub services console. See Customize Branding for Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub.

Procedure

1. In the Omnissa Access console Settings > Branding page, edit the settings to customize the appearance of the login page and the admin console logo and name.

   Form Field	Description
   Workspace ONE Browser Tab
   Company name	You can add your company's name as the title that appears in the console browser bar. For example, MyCompany. Type a new company name over the existing one to change the name.
   Product name	The product name displays after the company name in the browser tab. For example, Workspace ONE. Type a new company name over the existing one to change the name.
   Sign-In Screen
   Logo	Click REPLACE to add a new logo on the sign-in screens. The minimum image size recommended to upload is 350 x 100 px . If you upload images that are larger than 350 x 100 px, the image is scaled to fit 350 x 100-px size. The format can be JPEG, PNG, or GIF.
   Screen background	You can select a colored background for the sign in screen or you can upload an image. If you select a colored background, enter the six-digit hexadecimal color code over the existing one to change the background color.
   Sign-in dialog background	The sign-in screen box color can be customized. Enter the six-digit hexadecimal color code over the existing code.
   Sign-in Button Text	The color of the text that displays on the sign-in button can be customized. Enter the six-digit hexadecimal color code over the existing one.

2. Click SAVE.

Results

Custom branding updates to the Omnissa Access console and the sign-in pages are applied within five minutes after you click Save.
