The Omnissa Horizon Partner Admin Console for Horizon Cloud is designed for service provider partners who offer management services to Horizon Cloud customers.
Note: The Horizon Partner Admin Console is currently available in Limited Availability (LA) mode only.
Overview
Monitoring and managing customer solutions can be complex, especially when you have service level agreements with multiple customers. As a Horizon Cloud service partner, you want to expedite the operations of your tenants at scale rather than having to operate from separate environments on a tenant-by-tenant basis. You want to view tenant activity aggregated in a single user interface to easily see issues that may impact, or are already impacting, the Horizon Cloud deployments of multiple customer tenants so that you can quickly move to address areas of concern. The Partner Admin Console makes all that possible.
The Horizon Partner Admin Console provides access to key tenant operational data, enabling you to quickly troubleshoot and proactively address detected issues before your customers might be aware of any issues. The Partner Admin Console helps you prioritize problems across your tenant customer base. Real-time telemetry on product usage also helps you to advise your customers on how to maximize the capabilities and benefits of the Horizon Cloud solution and your value within your tenant organization.
Because you are managing and balancing multiple tenants, the Partner Admin Console also provides you with strong role-based controls so that you can easily assign staff access and authority based on individual responsibilities to act on issues directly in the tenant instance of Horizon Cloud on their behalf.
The Partner Admin Console is only available to Omnissa Service Provider (OSP) program partners.
