After the initial configuration of Omnissa Access appliance is complete, you can go to the Omnissa Access console pages to install certificates, manage appliance passwords, and download log files. You can also update the database, change the Omnissa Access FQDN, and configure an external syslog server.
The configuration settings pages are available directly at https://ws1ahostnamefqdn:8443/cfg/ or in the Omnissa Access console select Monitor > Resiliency and click VA Configuration. You enter the admin password to access the VA configuration pages.

When you selected the External Database in the Omnissa Access Setup Wizard, you configured the external database URL, user name, and password. In the Database Connection Setup page, you can manage the external database properties. | Install SSL Certificates | On the tabs on this page, you can install an SSL certificate for Omnissa Access, download the self-signed Omnissa Access root certificate, and install trusted root certificates. For example, if Omnissa Access is configured behind a load balancer, you can install the load balancer's root certificate. See Using SSL Certificates in Omnissa Access Service (On Premises only). |
| Mobile SSO | On this page, you can set up cert proxy on Omnissa Access to manage Android Mobile SSO requests. See the Android Mobile Single Sign-On to Omnissa Access guide. |
| Omnissa Access FQDN | On this page, you can view or change the Omnissa Access FQDN. The Omnissa Access FQDN is the URL that users use to access the service. |
| Configure Syslog | On this page, you can enable an external syslog server. Omnissa Access logs are sent to this external server. See Configure Syslog Servers for Omnissa Access in the latest Omnissa Access installation guide. |
| Change Password | On this page, you can change the Omnissa Access admin user password. |
| System Security | On this page, you can change the root password for the Omnissa Access appliance and the ssh user password used to log in remotely. |
