Omnissa Access 24.12.0.0 is a general maintenance release that includes security improvements, connector updates, and other product fixes. A fresh new installation of Omnissa Access 24.12 is not supported. You can perform an offline upgrade of Omnissa Access 22.09.1.0 or 23.09.0.0. See the Omnissa Access 24.12 upgrade guide.
You can install the Omnissa Access service in a new standalone server or in a cluster of three or more nodes. The following is a Omnissa Access architecture diagram of a typical deployment.
To use ThinApp with Omnissa Access 24.12, you must use Omnissa Access connector version 22.09.1.0 or later.
Note:
- If you plan to enable certificate or smart card-based authentication, use the SSL pass-through setting at the load balancer, instead of the terminate SSL setting. This configuration ensures that the SSL handshake is between the Omnissa Access connector and the client.
- Depending on the location of the Workspace ONE UEM deployment, the Workspace ONE UEM REST APIs can be in the cloud or on premises.
