A fresh installation of Omnissa Access 24.12.0.0 is not supported. You must upgrade from an existing version of 22.09.1.0 or 23.09.0.0. The upgrade to Omnissa Access 24.12.0.0 must be performed offline. See the Omnissa Access 24.12 Upgrade guide.
