Enabling this integration and accessing Experience Management dashboard will require the upcoming Workspace ONE Intelligence Experience Management feature.
Integrating App Volumes Manager with Workspace ONE Experience Management allows App Volumes to send certain App Volumes Manager health and performance metrics to the Experience Management solution. Using these telemetry, you can centrally monitor and report App Volumes operations in the Omnissa Intelligence console. This integration streamlines performance monitoring, improves operational insights, and helps you proactively identify and resolve issues.
After the integration is configured, two background jobs - Experience Management Operational Data Sync and Experience Management Real-Time Data Sync - are automatically active for this integration type. These jobs run periodically and gather operational and critical data which is then synchronized with Experience Management. For more information about these jobs, see Background Jobs in App Volumes Manager.
Note: When using this integration, CPU utitlization might increase.
Prerequisites
This integration is available to customers with the Experience Management solution for Horizon and Experience Management solution for Workspace ONE UEM.
Ensure that you have registered App Volumes with Omnissa Intelligence. After the registration, you receive a credentials (.json) file which contains the client ID and client secret. You need to upload this credentials file as part of the integration.
Registering App Volumes allows you to use App Volumes data with Omnissa Intelligence.
For information about registering App Volumes with Omnissa Intelligence, see App Volumes Integration topic in the Workspace ONE Experience Management documentation at Omnissa Product Documentation.
