Unable to log in to Omnissa Access

Problem

You cannot log in to Omnissa Access from the login page.

Cause

Omnissa Access is not configured correctly.

Solution

1. To log in as the local administrator, use the following login URL:

   https://{AccessTenant}/SAAS/login/0, where {AccessTenant} is replaced with the fully qualified domain name of the Omnissa Access tenant.
