Problem
When logging in, users cannot advance past the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub sign-in page.
Cause
The Omnissa Access relying party trust does not have Active Directory designated as its sole claims provider. The missing claims provider designation results in an authentication loop between AD FS and Omnissa Access.
Solution
- Perform the procedures described in Configure the Claims Provider for the Omnissa Access Relying Party Trust.
