Monitoring Your Horizon Cloud Environment

You can use various monitoring options in Horizon Cloud to locate users, view user desktop and application data, download VM logs, and review collected event information such as notifications, audit events, and system and user activities.

Monitoring Horizon Universal Console Real-Time Data Details

For Horizon Universal Console, monitoring data comes from the Horizon Agent and is sent to the Workspace ONE Intelligence data lake. The Horizon Universal Console queries the data lake to populate the dashboards. Data and insights shown on specific screens in the Horizon Universal Console might be delayed and not in real-time.

The end-to-end processing of the agent-reported monitoring data takes time and can lead to a delay before appearing in the Horizon Universal Console. The delay is approximately five minutes on average. In a worst-case scenario, this end-to-end processing can result in a delay of up to 30 minutes.

The following Horizon Universal Console screens might experience delays as they fetch the data from the Workspace ONE Intelligence data lake.

  • The Home page of the Horizon Universal Console.
    • Errors
    • Sessions and VM Performance
    • Utilization data shown for Pool Groups, Pools, and Unified Access Gateways

    • While using the Help Desk/User Card feature, as an administrator attempts to access details of a specific VM or session on the VM Details page.
