You can resize individual virtual desktops by changing the Microsoft Azure VM type and size on already created and deployed desktops that are in a dedicated desktop assignment.
Procedure

Log in to Horizon Cloud and select Pools from the left menu.

On the Pools page, click on the name of the dedicated pool to be resized.

On the pool overview page, select the VMs tab.

Select one or more VMs in a Powered Off Status and click Edit.

Select a VM Model from the drop-down menu. Note: Filter your options to reduce the list.

On the Edit VMs screen, select Disk Type from the drop-down menu.
Disk type options are based on the VM model selected, and the Microsoft Azure subscription and region.

Change the Disk Size and click Save. Disk sizes from 127 to 4095 GB are allowed.
