You can enable SSH for ccadmin user to connect to a Horizon Edge appliance.
Procedure

After the Horizon Edge appliance is up and running, launch the vCenter web console for the Edge VM.

Log in as the root user and enter the password.

Run the command
/opt/horizon/bin/configure-adapter.py --sshEnableand wait for it to complete. -
To set password for ccadmin user, run command
passwd ccadmin. -
SSH into the edge appliance by using
ssh ccadmin@<edge-appliance-ip>.
