Horizon Cloud supports Microsoft Entra ID and Workspace ONE Access as an external identity provider. Alternatively, you can configure the service to use the Omnissa Identity Service to enable SCIM 2.0 support for retrieving identity with a paired identity authentication provider. The identity provider performs the authentication required when users attempt to access their desktops.
If using Microsoft Entra ID and Workspace ONE Access, you must connect an on-premises Active Directory to the external identity provider.
If using the Omnissa Identity Service as the identity provider, you can connect directly to a 3rd party identity provider.
If your identity provider is not yet integrated with your on-premises Active Directory, use the applicable instructions to configure that integration.
