You can access your desktops and apps from Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub without the need to enter your credentials.

Prerequisites
- Access tenant is created offline or by using current access workflow.
- Workspace ONE Access is selected as an identity provider when you connect your Identity Provider. For more information see, Connecting your Identity Provider.
- Horizon Client versions 8.10 and above are used.
- For App Volumes applications to appear in the Hub catalog in a VDI desktop, ensure that the latest HAI version is used.
Procedure

Log into Horizon Universal Console. See Log in to Horizon Cloud.

On the Home page, click Integrations.

On the Integrations page, click Manage on the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub tile.

On the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub page, toggle this ON to Enable Intelligent Hub.
With the toggle on, the entitlements will be visible to the end-user on Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub without having to launch the Horizon client first. The entitlements include all published-application types. This allows aggregation of all your apps into one portal. Additionally, when a user is logged into the VDI desktop, App Volumes applications are available in the Workspace ONE Inteligent Hub portal.
Note: For this feature, only Windows, Mac, Linux clients, and Horizon Web Client are supported.
When Enable Intelligent Hub is enabled (toggled on), administrators have the option to Require Intelligent Hub to control the enforcement either internal users and/or external users, or both. These options will be toggled OFF by default however when either toggled is enabled (toggled on), the user will be redirected to launch through Intelligent Hub. When either are enabled, it adds an additional level of security and control by preventing direct access to the Horizon Client.
With any of these toggles enabled (toggled on), it will prevent the specified user from having direct access from the Horizon Client. This use case is helpful when the administrator wants to provide conditional access policies for resources to be used through the Intelligent hub.
Note: All end users are classified as external users by default. If the admin wants to activate this for external users only, they will need to ensure they have set up their network ranges to define internal users under the client settings.
