Workspace ONE Hub Services supports integrations with external services to extend the capabilities of Hub Services beyond the Omnissa framework. These integrations are configured in the Hub Services admin console and allow administrators to connect Hub Services with third-party or enterprise infrastructure services.
External integrations are managed from the External Integrations page in the Hub Services admin console. Each integration is represented by a card on that page. When an integration has not been configured, the card displays a Set Up option. Once configured, the card reflects the current integration status and provides options to edit or remove the configuration.
The following external integrations are currently supported:
- SMTP – Configure an SMTP server to enable Hub Services to deliver notifications to users' email inboxes in addition to push notifications. See Configure SMTP Settings for Hub Services.
Note: External integrations in Hub Services are available for SaaS deployments. FedRAMP deployments are not supported at this time.
Prerequisites
Before configuring an external integration, ensure that you have the appropriate administrator role in Hub Services. Read-only administrators can view integration configurations but cannot make changes.
