Notifications in the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app are designed for easy discovery and action. Users receive notifications as cards on the For You page, and one or more badges, each with a count, appears on both the Hub app icon and the For You page to alert users when new messages are waiting.
Where Users See Notifications
Badge Indicators:
Users see one or more circular badges, each with a number, in two locations:
- Device home screen: On the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub app icon.
- In-app navigation: On the For You page.
Notification Cards:
On the For You page, notifications appear as cards organized by type: Priority, Actionable, or Informational.
Notification cards display the notification title, message content (if enabled), timestamp, and optional action buttons. To prevent the display of message content, deactivate the Display Push Notification Description option in the Hub Services console.

The preceding screenshot shows the For You page with notification count badges that indicate the number of notification cards in each of the respective sections on the page that follows below the badges.
In this case, the For You page contains 24 notification cards in the Priority section, 56 notification cards in the Actionable section, and 34 notification cards in the Informational section:
- Priority Section - Displays urgent or high-priority notification cards at the top
- Actionable Section - Contains notifications, each with an action button, such as Approve and Deny.
- Informational Section shows one-way messages from your organization.
- History Link - Provides access to dismissed notifications (kept for 90 days).
Urgent Messages: Urgent messages display outside of these groupings as pop-ups. Users cannot proceed to another screen until urgent notifications are acted on.
The numbers on the count badges on the For You page represent the number of read or unread priority and actionable notifications, and the number of unread informational notifications. When Informational notifications are displayed in a page view, they are considered read without any specific action from the user, and the count is decreased. If no notifications are listed, when users click the For You tab, the page displays You are all caught up!.
