Experience Management Data Definitions

Use these collated definitions for Omnissa Workspace ONE Experience Management, which includes information for users and organizations, desktop, and mobile, to analyze and create your dashboards, workflows, and reports.

Data collected

  • User and Organization: Workspace ONE Experience Management collects events and data at the physical/virtual device, app, network and user level to create user and organization level metrics.
    • Experience Scores: The experience scores apply to Users, Sessions and roll-up to an organization level. They offer an evaluation of each object from several points of view. The value of a score depends on the status of the object with respect to the combination of different contributor scores.
    • Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM: Workspace ONE UEM gets user related information by connecting directly to a customer's active directory to retrieve enterprise user inventory and related user attributes. This data is then forwarded to Experience Management.
    • Omnissa Workspace ONE Hub Services: Workspace ONE Hub Services collects data around user engagement with Experience Management notifications and surveys. This data can help admins understand which user notifications they have deployed that have the most engagement per use case. The data can similarly help admins understand which user surveys they have deployed have the most engagement to determine user sentiment of various IT delivered experiences.
  • Desktops: Workspace ONE Experience Management collects events and data at the physical/virtual desktop, app and network level to create device level metrics.
    • Experience Scores: The experience scores apply to physical desktops, physical desktop apps, and virtual desktop Sessions. They offer an evaluation of each object from several points of view or experience measurement contributors. The value of a score depends on the status of the object with respect to the combination of different contributor scores.
    • Digital Employee Experience Agent: The agent collects desktop telemetry data and passes it to the Intelligence console for use and analysis in your Experience Management solution.
  • Mobile: The Workspace ONE Intelligence SDK reports data on app loads, crashes, handled exceptions, network errors, network events, and user flows.
  • Omnissa Unified Access Gateway: The Unified Access Gateway (UAG) is a hardened virtual appliance that hosts Omnissa Workspace ONE Tunnel traffic from endpoint machines. The UAG forwards events from the Workspace ONE Tunnel that is providing secure access to work apps and corporate resources.
