Update, sample, and transmission frequencies

Data collection and transmission
If a device is offline, the system caches events up to 5MB and sends events when the device regains the connection. If the cache grows over 5MB before the device regains the connection, then the system purges the oldest records first.
- Device Wide Data
- The system collects device wide data as a point in time sample and transmits it directly to Intelligence every 10 minutes.
- Network and Battery Events
- There are some cases where a network or battery event triggers in real time.
- These events include, charging state change, critical cellular signal strength, and network state change.
- App Usage and Performance
- The system sends daily app usage and performance data once a day.
- The record represents an entire date's (for example, Monday, 28th April, 2025) worth of usage for a specific app and device combination.
- App Analytics Events
- App analytic events (app loads, user flows, app crashes and hangs, and network errors) are sent as they occur and only for applications that have embedded the Intelligence SDK.
