The Omnissa Workspace ONE Tunnel solution provides secure access to your work apps and corporate resources. It is hosted on the Omnissa Unified Access Gateway (UAG), which is a hardened virtual appliance. These products, when integrated, can send data to the Omnissa Intelligence console for use in dashboards, reports, and workflows. Use these data definitions for Tunnel and the UAG to help you work with and analyze the data displayed in Intelligence.
Tunnel
Tunnel when installed and configured on an end user’s device generates events around user generated network traffic for IT allowlisted apps and domains. These events are forwarded by the Unified Access Gateway to the Omnissa Workspace ONE Experience Management data lake for network issue detection and root cause analysis.
