Users
Omnissa Workspace ONE Experience Management collects information about enterprise users like user groups and departments from the Workspace ONE UEM on-premises or SaaS database. The database connects to a customer’s on-premises or cloud Active Directory. When user data or attributes change in Workspace ONE UEM, it is then updated in Experience Management. The data is stored as the latest snapshot or current state of user inventory and related attributes. Use this data to correlate with user experience events or scores to be able to identify who had an issue.
